Fishing Product Returns, Faulty Goods & Order Dispatch Timing
When you buy Wellsys Tackle fishing products online or in-store you're covered by our returns policy. Please have a read through before returning your product.
If you are not entirely happy with your offshore fishing, game fishing, sport fishing, trolling fishing, or tournament fishing product purchase you may return it to us for exchange, credit or a refund providing it is still in pristine condition & packaging is intact. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Please contact us prior to returning the item.
If a fishing product is faulty please let us know as soon as possible. We will give you our Reply Paid address so that you can return the item free of charge & replace, exchange or refund according to your wishes. In some circumstances (such as where the fault may not be obvious) it may be necessary for us to return a product to the manufacturer or distributor for assessment.
Insurance for Loss or Damage in Transit
Our service includes free insurance for damage or loss in transit. Please contact us immediately to report any damage & retain packaging in case this is required for an inspection.
Order Dispatch Timing
Online fishing product orders are downloaded several times a day. Most orders are processed same day or next day. In the extremely busy months of December - March it is highly likely that orders placed online from late morning onwards will not be processed until next day so if your order is urgent it's best to either place it by phone or give us a call to let us know as soon as you place it online. In other months the cut-off time is a little later at around 2pm EST.
Please note that we email dispatch details late afternoon for online orders sent that day. If there is to be a delay beyond our normal processing time we will let you know by phone or email. If you're unsure of the status of your order please check with us by phone or email.
